Role Summary
As a Hospital Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our partner veterinary practices from onboarding through long-term success. You’ll manage smooth implementations, build relationships with hospital teams, and help practices achieve their growth and wellness plan goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with support, product, and sales to ensure each practice has the tools and insights they need to thrive with Nest.
This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role ideal for someone who is equal parts project manager, consultant, and customer advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Implementation
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hospitals: kickoff calls, training sessions, setup checklists.
- Coordinate with Customer Support and Product to ensure practices are fully equipped and go live on schedule.
- Track and report on implementation progress using internal tools.
Practice Growth & Retention
- Conduct regular success check-ins and performance reviews (monthly or quarterly).
- Share best practices, templates, and resources to drive wellness plan adoption and client retention.
- Proactively identify at-risk practices and implement engagement or reactivation strategies.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver tailored performance dashboards and business reviews, showing plan usage, client engagement, and financial impact.
- Analyze data to identify usage trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hospital teams on how to grow and optimize their plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Surface product feedback from practices to internal teams to improve functionality and user experience.
- Partner with sales and marketing to support upsells, referrals, and customer storytelling.
- Collaborate with Support team to coordinate resolution of escalated issues or service concerns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in veterinary practice management, client success, and team training.
- Experience working with veterinary practices, healthcare clinics, or small business clients strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with performance-based coaching and consultative relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and excited to build strong relationships with veterinary professionals.
