The Challenge

BVC had been running wellness plans through their PIMS-native solution, but growth had plateaued.

Why It Worked

The results at BVC point to something beyond a platform switch. The data shows that wellness plan members weren't drawn from BVC's highest spenders - before joining a plan, future members and non-members spent almost identically.

Plans didn't cannibalise existing revenue - they unlocked new spending from clients who were previously average. Once enrolled, members visited nearly three times as often and increased their total care spend by 75%, including services well outside the plan itself.

A frictionless signup experience drove the initial conversion. Automated billing and a personalised member experience drove retention. The combination produced a 99.98% revenue capture rate and a voluntary churn rate of just 1.3%.
